Currently I have two 8w7s in a JL Spec, dual separate chamber sealed enclosure on a single 500/1v2 and its more than enough output. I was planning on another 500/1v2, but the output was significant enough.

The sub sounds its best when you have H.O box and the 1000/1 V2 amp.
